4. Purpose for processing personal data

The personal data collected with the form is only used for responding to questions presented by the customer.
Personal data shall not be used for other purposes and shall not be disclosed to any third parties.

Issues raised in the from shall be used for developing the operations of safety when living at home.

Details concerning the data subject are collected regularly from the customer him-/herself, if the customer wishes to disclose his/her details e.g. via the contact form.

Right to review and right to amend
The data subject has the right to review the information about him/her that are stored in the register. Contacts concerning the right to review shall be made in writing and signed, and addressed to the address referred to in Section 1.
If there are errors in the registered details, the data subject may submit a request for the error to be amended to the person responsible for register issues referred to in Section 2

Right to refuse
The data subject has the right to refuse the data controller from processing the data subject’s personal data for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion survey purposes. 8. Protection principles of the register

Manual material
No manual material is formed in relation to the register. Documents that contain information that is manually processed are appropriately destroyed after processing and the retention period required by the Archiving Act.

Electronically stored data
Only employees, who have the right to process customer details on behalf of their work, have the right to use systems that contain customer details. The data is collected in databases, which are protected with firewalls, passwords and other technical methods. Data can only be accessed by certain, pre-determined persons.
